Decide what you want to eat and all selections are prepared from scratch and served for you and your party or group. Instruction on the fly? Only if you want it that way. Do you have any questions about what is happening? Just ask. Want to participate? Sure, jump in and out of it as you want. Want to just hang in the kitchen, have a drink and just watch what is happening with friends? Why not. Its all about what you want to do. The menu can be structured with any type of occasion in mind from summer grilling thru formal sit down meals. Did I mention it's all about what you and your party want to do?

The location we do this is up to you. From your home to a rented hall to your favorite park or beach to a parking lot tailgate to a boat to a cabin somewhere in the Northwest Territories.
